Terms of Use of Seamless Patterns & PNGS
Welcome to Heart & Hue Creations! By purchasing or downloading any digital files from Heart & Hue Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before use.
1. Permitted Use
Heart & Hue Creations’ digital designs, including seamless patterns, PNGs, and other digital products, are intended for small business owners and crafters to create physical end-products such as:
- Apparel
- Jewelry & Accessories
- Drinkware
- Sewing Projects
- Various handmade goods
2. Commercial Use & Licensing
- Fabric, Print-on-Demand (POD), and Transfer Shops must purchase the appropriate commercial license when using files for production and resale.
- All other small business owners may use files without an additional license for small-scale production of handmade items.
3. Prohibited Use
- Files may not be altered, traced, copied, recolored, or otherwise modified in any way.
- Designs may not be resold, shared, or redistributed in any digital format.
- Files cannot be used to create new digital designs, graphics, or patterns for resale.
- Mass production (outside of small business use) requires additional licensing.
4. Protection & Watermarking
- All buyers must watermark digital designs when showcasing them online.
- You may use your own watermark or the Heart & Hue Creations watermark to protect the artwork and brand integrity.
5. Copyright & Ownership
All designs remain the intellectual property of Heart & Hue Creations. Purchasing a file grants you a **limited-use license**, not ownership of the design.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued. Please review files carefully before purchase.
7. Enforcement of Terms
Failure to comply with these terms may result in:
- Revocation of commercial use rights for any purchased files.
- A permanent ban on future purchases from Heart & Hue Creations.
- Legal action against the customer and/or business if files are used improperly or without the correct license.
By purchasing or using any files from Heart & Hue Creations, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Terms of Use for Procreate Tools
1. Permitted Use
Heart & Hue Creations’ digital procreate templates, brushes, and stamps are intended for small business owners and crafters to create digital designs and/or products such as:
- Seamless Patterns
- PNGS
- Invitations
- Social Media Graphics
- Any flattened image design that does not feature individual elements from my kit(s). See prohibited use below
2. Commercial Use & Licensing
- Small business owners may use files without an additional license for commerical use of their finished designs.
3. Prohibited Use
- Templates, Brushes & Stamps may not be copied, shared, or resold as your own.
- Stamps cannot be used to create clipart for resale. (Ex. Color in stamp to resell as finished clipart)
- May not use my finished seamless patterns in your own designs (unless otherwise stated)
4. Protection & Watermarking
